Somewhat OT: Problems with Burstek bt-WebFilter AND GFI Download on ISA 2000

I am having some problems with Burstek Bt-WebFilter for ISA Server 2000
AFTER installing GFI Download Security.
Figured some one on here may have some ideas.
Burstek Bt-WebFilter was updating fine until I installed GFI Download
Security. Now I am getting an error during the file download/check phase.
GFI Download Security was getting updates fine until I switch from
Restriction Policy to a Combination Policy in Burstek Bt-WebFilter.
I was on the phone with support at Burstek for over an hour this morning,
and still do not have a resolution on the updates.
Any one have some ideas?
