1. Use latest DS which fixed some compatibility issues with other 3rd
party ISA plugins.

2. In download security you have to add site which has to be excluded
from scanning in your case its probably Burstek Bt-WebFilter updates web
site.

3. Well you have to do probably same put exceptions in Burstek on all
untivirus sites used by DS. If you will have problem just send me
dseclog.txt from debug logs of DS (you have to turn debug on and restart
w3proxy) and reproduce problem from log files I will be able to tell you
more... however don't bias logs with non problem related http request
pls.

With Kind Regards David Farinic.

Subject: [isalist] Somewhat OT: Problems with Burstek bt-WebFilter AND
GFI Download on ISA 2000

http://www.ISAserver.org

I am having some problems with Burstek Bt-WebFilter for ISA Server 2000
AFTER installing GFI Download Security.

Figured some one on here may have some ideas.

Burstek Bt-WebFilter was updating fine until I installed GFI Download
Security. Now I am getting an error during the file download/check
phase.

GFI Download Security was getting updates fine until I switch from
Restriction Policy to a Combination Policy in Burstek Bt-WebFilter.

I was on the phone with support at Burstek for over an hour this
morning,
and still do not have a resolution on the updates.

Any one have some ideas?
