Now you've randomized yourself even more by switching versions.
You could try Proxy 2 and Proxy 1 until you feel comfy, but that won't get
you any closer to using ISA 2004, will it?
"403" errors with "12202" are specific to destination set matching
failure.
Read the ISA help and articles on isaserver.org on web publishing and all
will become clear.
