I am getting the

a.. Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform 
Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

on my 2004 ISA publishing rules. Just when I thought I had it figured out in 
2000 . . . :(

This is using the Publish Mail Server to publish OWA 5.5 ...

Ideas on what to check? http://66.42.146.71 until DNS gets in ...
