Hey Jim,

Let's cross our fingers that the ISA marketing guys got the point
regarding downplaying the QoS features in Service Pack 2. Otherwise, PSS
is going to get nailed and I'll have to create a boiler plate response
saying something like "If you don't know what Diffsrv is, then consider
the subject closed".
