Hm..
Depends on the OS.
If it's Win2K3, you could use WMI to grab the Win32_IP4RouteTable
enumerated class and based on a "Network Configuration Changed" alert
and use that data from there to rebuild the FpcNetwork.IpRange table.
Not trivial, but doable, I suppose.
