SP1 Security Wizard

What's the recommendation for running or not running the security
configuration wizard in Windows Server 2003 for ISA 2004? It seems it
would be redundant to me and could cause an IT admin to have nightmare's
if she forgets that the reason an app can't do it's thing is because of
the SCW and not an ISA configuration.
