SMTP PROBLEM - PLS HELP!!!

Hi all
I'm getting the following error in my postmaster account:
Reporting-MTA: dns;dns1.bwi.co.za
Received-From-MTA: dns;om2.customoffers.com
Arrival-Date: Fri, 31 May 2002 05:47:33 +0200

Status: 5.6.1
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host
Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix/workaround? I disabled
8BITMIME advertising on IIS5, but still get the error. PLEASE HELP!!!
