SMTP Filter

Hi everybody...
I am just new in ISA and not in depth knowledge of configuring ISA. I want
you to kindly help me out of this minor configuration.
How can I apply SMTP filter in ISA for some users so that they can send
mails via SMTP to a dedicated Mail server placed in some other location
while restricting others to use SMTP to that mail Server.
Pl tell me the step-to-step configuration.
I will be truly obliged to all of you.
