Rule to redirect search engine request traffic with ISA2K4

Hello all,
I created a rule to redirect www.google.com, www.yahoo.com,
www.altavista.com,. etc to www.onekey.com. The problem: Onekey.com
uses Google for safe search. So, when a user keys in the search item,
ISA, of course, redirects them to www.onekey.com. Is it possible to
break the loop?
Why this rule? Used @ a library for kids for safe searching.
