Report Jobs - Not Creating Reports

I have Log files enabled for some time now, and also checked in the folder
that they are indeed created. (W3C Extended format) When I create Report
Jobs to run, I does not create ANY reports for me to view. I checked the
Enabled box is ticked, I checked the default paths etc. Any ideas why
there are no reports generated? (Not even empty ones!) Thanks.
