How is the destination set configured?
How is the S&C rule configured?
Are your users authenticated or not?
Is the rule user / client / content based at all?

When I set the action to redirect a resricted (Item on a destination
set)Web Page to out local Intranet it redirects all traffic to our
intranet. Any idea why?
