Thomas, One thing that I simply cannot understand: Imagine I'm publishing a Terminal Server. This Terminal Server answers on one NIC, and I have 3 external NIC's. How will it balance? It won't, right? It'll only balance inbound connections if I use it as a Multi-node cluster, isn't that right?
