There is an option in ISA2004 to "Allow non-encrypted Firewall client
connections".

Since the ISA2000 client doesn't support encryption, disabling this
(disabled by default) would prohibit those clients from working.

I kind of get ya Tom, but this is weird.

The client machine had an old ISA 2000 Firewall Client. I have removed
this and installed the 2004 Firewall Client and now the SB Client
software works fine when firewall client is enabled ?
