RAS client accessing Internet through ISA Server

Dear all,

I have here a laptop under Windows XP pro, with a LAN card and with a modem,
it is installed on it the ISA firewall client.

When I use the direct connection to the ISA Server (through the LAN) I can
browse in Internet normally, but, when I connect to the LAN using the modem
(for instance at home), I log in the RAS Server, from it I enter to the ISA
Server, but when I try to go to a website, the following message is shown:

403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator
(URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server

It is also curious that in the ISA Server log, that computer is identified as
127.0.0.1 IP address instead of its real one(172.31.1.216).

Obviously, the user is the same in both cases, all the IP addresses (Client,
ISA server and RAS server) are en the same subnet, all the servers are W2000
Server based with the latest SP, the ISA Server is in SP1 and it is using a
permanent Frame Relay access to Internet. There are other computers with the
same configurations running perfectly in both cases.

Could someone help me to solve this problem ?

Thank you.

Richard
