Quicktime Download Issue

Greetings!
I am able to download the installer from the following location:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
.. however, I am unable to complete the installation due to port issues
accessing Apple servers.. can someone pl shed some light on what can be done on
the ISA Server to get this to work - thanks a lot!
