Hi Tom,

I now understand that, there is only a single scenario where MSN Messenger A/V is going to
work, and that's when the external user is directly connected to the
Internet (no NAT) and initiates the call.

Could you help me briefly in the steps to make this configuration on ISA Server.

I'm behind ISA Server using firewall client.
