Publishing The Exchange server

Please help
I have publishing my exchange server using publishing wizard from ISA,
after setup and DNS internal as the forwarder to my external dns
I can send mail from client work station using outlook 2000 to any where to
internet, but I can not receive mail from internet I keep getting this error
<<<This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Unable
to deliver message to the following recipients, because the message was
forwarded more than the maximum allowed times. This could indicate a mail
loop. >>
Why it would be a mail loop is there some thing wrong in dns server but I
have check DNS again could find any thing wrong. What I am doing wrong here?
PS: I have firewall client running on my exchange server is that possible
cause this problem?
