Publish web server, behind IISA server

Hello
I am trying in vain to get a web server published, through the firewall,
but with no success. I have read every bit of litterature on this on ths
isaserver.org web site, but I cannot get it to work.
My setup is as follows. ISA firewall, Web server sits behind ISA firewall
on private network. Hosting out own Primary and secondary DNS servers.
Primary DNS server is still raw on the internet, so no firewall their.
I have setup the destination sets and the web publishing rules and the
in-bound web requests and the IIS server as per the articles, but all I
get every time I try to access the site, from the outside is the
following:
403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator
(URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server
What am I doing wrong??
