Problem with SMTP Relay on ISA + Exchange Server 2K

Hi!
I have Small Business Server 2000 with ISA, IIS and Exchange 2K
running on it. I know it is not a good thing to run all this together
on one Server but I have no choice... Now, few of our users are using &
sending mails via SMTP Server on our Server, I want to know how can I
stop the spamming or how can I prevent SMTP Replay on my server??? Can
someone help me out!!
