Yea you can. The only consideration is that any IIS services running on the ISA server need to be mooved to a port other than 80. Standard web publishing can then redirect the external request to the IIS server on the non default port. To achieve this go to ISA management, click on the server under Servers and Arrays, right click then properties. On the Outgoing Web Requests tab change the TCP port to 80.
