The fearsome "403" and "12202" errors are a direct result of the user's request host header not being matched by the ISA web proxy service. Recheck your destination set associated with tat web publishing rule and verify that it includes all the ways you want to allow access to the site, such as: www.mydomain.com/* mydomain.com/* 123.456.789.0/* Jim Harrison MCP(2K), A+, Network+, PCG ----- Original Message ----- From: Johann Putter To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Sent: Wednesday, July 25, 2001 23:14 Subject: [isalist] Peculiar problem with OWA http://www.ISAserver.org Hi I am experiencing a peculiar problem with OWA. When a user tries to access the Exchange server using the FQDN of the Exchange site he gets the following error: "403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202) Internet Security and Acceleration Server" Accessing the Exchange site using the IP address of the external Interface of the ISA Server works fine. The FQDN name of the site does resolve to the same IP address. Could anybody shed light here?
