Peculiar problem with OWA

I am experiencing a peculiar problem with OWA. When a user tries to
access the Exchange server using the FQDN of the Exchange site he gets
the following error:
"403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform Resource
Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server"
Accessing the Exchange site using the IP address of the external
Interface of the ISA Server works fine. The FQDN name of the site does
resolve to the same IP address. Could anybody shed light here?
