Hi Steve, I do appreciate your suggest and I think you have quite right to say: "...BAD"! But, I've never used IP Packet Filters Rule and when I've created a new rule, following that article, I believed to find these ports opened. But isn't true. Actually, my problem is why I didn't find opened these ports? Is it enough to do: Right click the IP Packet Filters and create a new rule or I have to do something to open statically these ports? Thanks. Then create 1 packet filter for inbound smtp. Are you running pop3 and smtp on your ISA server?....BAD Packet filters are for the isa server itself. Protocol rules are for clients. With NETSTAT utility (typing "netstat -na|find ":25" and "netstat -na|find ":110"), I checked if ports 110 -na|and 25 were opened, but I didn't find any ports opened. Terrible!!! What is the reason? Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.
