Hi Mark, You need to first create a Protocol Definition for the protocol you need outbound access for, and then create Protocol Rule using that Protocol Defintion. I have an issue where an internal network computer calls out on port 5500 using a software called VNC. The ISA server is blocking it presently. VNC allows a remote client to access this internal network computer to update software, etc. How do I set up the packet filtering and is there a rule? I have to define for this?
