OWA Question

I have a question on getting my OWA working correctly. I can access the
OWA interface from within my private network but get this error from
anywhere else.
"403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform Resource
Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server"
Any idea what I am missing on this one ?

- E2K on Internal Network
- Published the Web Server
