OT: Anyone know how to test Dr. Watson?

Hello all,

Couldn't find any Microsoft KB on how to test Dr. Watson to see if it's
working ok.  Anyone know of anything?  I have a buggy application (NIC
driver) that crashes every few days but when it says that it's creating a
log, nothing happens.  Tried reinstalling the driver and everything but no
luck.
