No problem with Exchange RPC and RPC patch

Hey folks,
I've heard some people say they've been having problems with inbound
secure Exchange RPC publishing. As you already know, the worm can't get
through your Exchange RPC publishing rules, so you're safe there.
However, some people are saying that they can't connect after applying
the patch.
I just wanted to let you know that I've had no problems with the patch
and Exchange RPC access.
