New to ISA - Publish OWA question

I have an isa 2000 sp1 fp1 server and have exchange 5.5 with a server
running owa my questions are
1. How do I publish my owa server in ISA? (I know I can us the owa wizard)
2. And once I published owa how can test to make sure it is going threw 
   ISA?
