Did you install SP1?

Also, set the recovery on the service to have it restart itself, this will save you from manually doing it.

Hello 1st of all thank you for answering me and yes i have installed SP 1 i felt also that when i put the option to show me reports i am having this problem is it possible ??? and how do i put the service to restart automatically /???? thanks a lot georges
