Typically, and I may be out of line here, ISA 2000 does not like the
outside (internet) interface's IP address to suddenly change. Your ISP
could possibly be enforcing very short DHCP leases. So when the outside
IP is changed, ISA loses connectivity because it can no longer route the
traffic.
Suggestion. Get a DSL router that supports DMZ. Configure the DSL
router for DHCP on the internet side. Assign a static IP to your ISA
box on the inside and then configure the DSL router DMZ to point to your
ISA server static IP on the inside interface.

well, i mean by stops, the internet access fails from the clients, and
my internet connection is DHCP, and this problem didnt appear b4 I
installed ISA Server 200
