Have you allowed the dhcp packet filter?? If not the dhcp mechanism for
your external nic is blocked. It is disabled by default.

Have you actually read any of the help and / or articles on
isaserver.org.

Perhaps zonealarm or even a pix would suit you better.

well, i mean by stops, the internet access fails from the clients, and
my internet connection is DHCP, and this problem didnt appear b4 I
installed ISA Server 200

The haggis is unusual in that it is neither consistently nocturnal nor diurnal, 
but instead is active at dawn and dusk (crepuscular), with occasional forays 
forth during the day and night.
