Of course---  you can still prioritize traffic with QoS bridgeheads.  But, 
how will you do so over the Internet?  Once you put a packet on the public 
net, QoS is out the window... Or is this an ISA deployment on a private 
net?  I see that my solution does not match with your needs, but I'm 
interested in your deployment if you have the time to elaborate...
