"Jims tool"?
If you're talking about the tunnel-port range tool, these settings will
migrate with the backup.

I do have a window to be without service. I would like to take the orig
ISA server offline (after backup of config), but I have wildcard certs
to deal with, an altered HOSTS file because of the wildcard cert, I have
ports I have opened with Jim's tool, I need to configure the DNS
forwarder as on the orig, I have DHCP to configure, etc - a big headache
to get it done right and easy.
