That would be nice and easy, but we are only running Standard Version
ISA 2004

        If you are using ISA 2004 Enterprise Edition, however, why not
add another node with CSS installed?  Once the new server is made part
of the array and has both CSS and ISA services on it, you should be able
to uninstall ISA from the other (old) server.
