Medo-Jack Need Help

MY QUESTIONS IS , BEFORE I DO ANY THING ON ISA SERVER CONFIGURATION .
1- SHALL I MAKE STATIC ROUTE BETWEEN THE 2 NIC CARD TO LET THEM TO
CONNECT TO EACH OTHER ? OR NOT ? THEY ARE 2 SEGMENT , THE FIRST NIC IS (
10.1.8.76 , SUBMASK 255.255.0.0 ? and then go and make the rules which is
needed to let the users access internet.
THE SECONDE NIC IS ( 192.168.20.10 , SUBMASK 255.255.255.0 )

i have one server which has 2 NIC, one connect to my isp by using dial up
and has this information :-

DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.1.8.18
Primary WINS Server . . . . . . . :10.1.8.18
Secondary WINS Server . . . . . :10.1.8.18
The Seconde NIC , Connected to my LAN with the following information :-
PPP adapter xenel2:
Domain name : ISA-SERVER. xenel.com
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-53-45-00-00-00
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.20.10
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.20.18
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.20.22
AND I INSTALL ON THAT SERVER ISA SERVER , THEN I FOUND THAT , THE SERVER
IT SELF CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH THE INTERNET AND ALSO MY CLIENT ( 5 USERS )
THEY ARE UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH INTERNET .
I DID NOT DO ANY THING , EXCEPT I INSTALL ISA SERVER ONLY . THIS IS THE ONLY
SERVER I HAVE , THERE IS ON IT ( DHCP , DNS, RAS,etc.... ) .
