Mark, I'm not sure why but the only luck I've had is something I put together from 2 documents. If you search for liveupdate on the isaserver.org website you will come up with 3 documents. I followed each one to the letter and I couldn't get them to work as published. Try using parts of these 2, as I did. It's working for me. Follow the instructions in this document: http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Allowing_Norton_AntiVirus_software_Li veUpdate_through_ISA_Server.html then use the http redirector configuration listed in this document: http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Fixing_the_Symantec_LiveUpdate_Proble m.html Reboot.
