You can do this with a web application filter.
If you have a decent C++ developer, hand him (her) the ISA SDK and wait for
magic.

I have an ISA array setup to provide caching and logging of http traffic.
I have a request from management to enforce a minimum version level of our
agency's browsers (IE 5.5 SP2 and Netscape 4.x)
Is there any way to accomplish this in ISA?
