Isa to Isa and Webaccess

Hello !
I have two ISA servers one at headoffice and one at remote location. It
was wery easy to use the wizhards to connect them by VPN.
The problem is that i want the remote ISA and the persons behind it to
have direct access to the internet without going to headoffice. Is seems
that the remote ISA is bocked and always use the VPN connection.
