Hi Ali,
Check out www.isaserver.org for the articles relating to installation of ISA
server. May be you need to go thru some tutorial.
Well, did u define the proxy on client. How many NIC do u have on Server??
What is O/S?? Give the complete details.

Today i install isa server 2000 and im facing one very unknown type of
problem the problem is before installing isaserver the internet connection
working on that pc i want to install isa on it but after i install isaserver
on this pc then pc stop browsing mean no internet utility runs like internet
brouwsing and any other application i define LAT table like 192.167.0.1 to
192.167.0.70 the Ip address of my server is 192.167.0.2 can some body help
me why this problems occur....
