Not with that tiny bit of information.
Q1 - what do you find in the ISA logs for that traffic?

Subject: [isalist] Is the SOCKS4 proxy of ISA 2k4 'unstable'?

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hi,

When I tell Windows Messenger to use the SOCKS4 proxy on my ISA 2k4
server I
notice that Messenger looses it's connection every now and than. When I
tell
Messenger not to use any proxy all is well.
Any idea about the cause?

Regards,
Han.
