Is the SOCKS4 proxy of ISA 2k4 'unstable'?

Hi,

When I tell Windows Messenger to use the SOCKS4 proxy on my ISA 2k4 server I
notice that Messenger looses it's connection every now and than. When I tell
Messenger not to use any proxy all is well.
Any idea about the cause?
