Check out the ISA help file; there's much to be learned there...
Also, www.isaserver.org/pages/learning%20zone.htm has lots of help for you.
You'll never ping an internal host from the Internet, though.

So i can forget about static NAT ? So how can I take 3 internal host to
the external network ? for example I want to Telnet, FTP and PING to those
three hosts from Internet - How Can I do that with ISA - can you give me
some example or show me a URL where it will be exposed ?
