I thought I had asked Tom about it before, but I don't remember the answer. In ISA2000, there was an option to "prompt for username/password" when you required authentication, if it was unchecked, it wouldn't give you a login prompt. But when I login as a machine which is not a domain member, then there is a popup asking for username password
