About Burst? What, you have not seen my posts?

Burst has their issues, although I suspect they all do.

My problems with Burst:
Lack of proper response on broad issues I brought up.
Time to categorize un-catagorized sites through their auto-submit process.
Lack of followup on the MS Windows Update team screw up of the BIT service.
Log analyzer is a separate purchase.

My good experiences with Burst:
Jeff Durpe, one of the techs. (I hope I spelled that right.)
Sales trying to get questions answered.
Good log analyzing/reporting.
