I've installed it on several workstations and about half a dozen servers, 3
of which were SBS2000 servers.
It wasn't until the 3rd SBS2000 server that I had a problem, for some reason
my network card settings got blown away.
Uninstalling SP4 did not fix the problem. I had to remove them from device
manager and reinstall them before I could get everything working properly.

It needed to reboot my server and when I clicked "OK" it did.
When the server finished rebooting, I found that it had completely wiped out
any record of all hot fixes I had installed between SP3 and SP4.
Plus, it exposed a flaw in ISInfo.
;-)
Seriously, over 30 servers upgraded to SP4 and nary a hitch among them.

W2K SP4 exposed a flaw in my WMI rev determination
v 1.9.2 is the fixed version
