WOOPS!
Wrong program. (Belarc provides simple system information.)
The program I meant to say is Atomic Clock.

It automatically connects to one of 10 time servers and adjusts the time of
the computer it is on.
I have it running on my domain controllers.
All other computers of the domain will automatically sync with the DCs.
Set it to auto start and ping once per day.
