ISA and FrontPage Extensions

I got an ISA and IIS running on the same BOX, IIS is using 127.0.0.1 port
9980.
Webpages are displayed without problems, but when I try to manage the site
using FrontPage I get a timeout error.
Accessing the same URL through the internal LAN it works fine.
