yeah, reapply sp3 after everything is done or wait until last to apply
it.

I am writing to let every one know that I have had a problem
with ISA Server SP1 and w2k SP3. The sequence of installation is as
follows
1. Install Win2k
2. Install Win Sp3
3. Install ISA Server
4. Install ISA SP1
5. Configure Mail publishing rule
The server publishing rule does not work at all.
6. Uninstall ISA SP1
Server publishing rule start working
Any suggestion?
