ISA Server 2000 SP2 and Windows 2003 SP1 VPN issues

Hi all,
 
I'm seeing lots of reports in the NG about ISA2KSP2 and W2K3SP1 VPN issues - 
mainly about connection failures after 1-5 minutes.
If you're seeing anything like this CALL PSS NOW.
 
We need to understand the magnitude of this problem.

Yes, for clients that don't know how to talk Integrated authentication and 
don't make use of IE objects for browing.  I enable all three.  The client 
_should_ pick the strongest of the options.  That said, I do know of client 
apps that don't do that.  *sigh*  One of these days all network programmers 
will figure out what a firewall is....
